Transferring SentriLocks to RentEngine

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of transferring your SentriLocks to RentEngine

1. Send an email to ops@rentengine.io  with the list of serial numbers for all your SentriLocks
2. Upon getting the confirmation from SentriLock, you will receive an email prompting you to complete the registration. This will require a password to be built, a PIN to be established, and 3 security questions to be answered.

3. Once that is complete, you will download the "SentriKey Real Estate" app from the Apple or Android app store.

   

4. Use your email as the SentriKey ID and the password you just set up above. Acknowledge the legal language and follow the prompts on the app screen. Make sure you confirm Bluetooth to be used but you can bypass Agent Safety setup, you can bypass Facial/Fingerprint ID.
5. On the transition date, all Generation3.5/3.6 SentriLocks will need to be transferred in this way. This includes the active ones on vacancies and inactive ones at the office. The newer SentriGuard (black/grey) boxes should be transferred via Bluetooth when convenient, but it is not necessary on the transition date
6. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and use the app to transition each SentriLock:
   1. Open the SKRE app (note: you can give your credentials to other people on the team to download the app and complete this process for each SentriLock)
   2. On the lockbox, hit the enter key
   3. Keybin will open
   4. Close keybin
   5. End showing on app
   6. Skip returning the key
   7. Return to home screen on app
   8. Wait for all lights on the lockbox to stop flashing before moving on to the next one
      1. You can always hit Ent – Func – Ent on the lockbox (in succession) and this will put the box to sleep
   9. The box will now be fully transferred over and no longer in a pending status
