Accompanied Showing Flow

This guide explains what happens after a time is scheduled for an accompanied (agent-led) showing.

Once a prospect has scheduled a showing, they receive a confirmation SMS with the date, time, and a link they’ll use on the day of the showing or if they need to cancel or reschedule.




Two hours before the showing (depending on your Company Smart Scheduling settings > Settings → Showings → Company):

  • The prospect will receive a message to confirm their attendance before the showing.
  • If they don’t confirm by the deadline, the showing is auto-canceled to protect agent time.
  • If they confirm, the showing remains on the calendar and reminders continue.

Your team is notified of confirmations and auto-cancellations.



When they confirm, they will see the following window:

During the showing

When the agent meets the prospect at the property, they should click Start Showing in the Command Center to let the system know the tour is in progress. If it isn’t started manually, the system will mark it as Showing Started one hour later.


After the showing

When the tour is finished, click Showing Complete to open the feedback form.

The agent can submit feedback on the prospect’s behalf or hand the device to the prospect to complete it.



Then select the appropriate next step based on the prospect’s decision.
