Add feedback after a showing

How feedback is collected

• Accompanied showings:

Feedback is collected when the showing is marked Complete from the Command Center. Marking it complete opens the feedback form. The agent can submit it or hand the device to the prospect to submit.

• Self-guided showings:

Once the prospect completes their showing on their device, they are prompted to enter feedback immediately. No agent action is required to open the form.

Then select the appropriate next step based on the prospect’s decision.
