Generate reports with the Intelligence tab

RentEngine's Intelligence gives you detailed, on-demand reports for all your leasing activity.

Set your filters

At the top-right:

• Company / Subteam – choose the portfolio slice you want.
• Date range – e.g., Last 7/30/90 days or a custom range.

Choose a report

Use the tabs to switch the dataset you want to analyze:

• Property Performance
• Prospects
• Showings
• Prescreening
• Calls
• Properties
• Syndication Status
• Lockboxes

A detailed table appears beneath each section with metrics relevant to that area.

Ask Intelligence AI

Chat with AI about the data currently in view. It will generate real-time Python scripts to analyze the data and respond to your question.

Examples:

• “Which properties are most at-risk by days on market?”
• “Which subteam is getting the most showings?”
• "What time of day is most popular for showings?"
• "What is the most common reason that prescreenings are rejected?"

Customize the report

Bottom toolbar:

• Columns – add/remove data points (e.g., Address, Days on Market, Upcoming Showings, Applications Received, Owner, Subteam).
• Filters – narrow the list (by status, address contains…, date posted, etc.).
• Density – compact or comfortable row spacing.

Export your data

Click Export to:

• Download as CSV (for Excel/Sheets), or
• Print (to paper or PDF).
