Give Lockbox Access to a Trusted Contact

This guide will show you how to give secure lockbox access to your Trusted Contacts and 3rd party vendors

1. Within the Lockboxes tab, press the Trusted Contacts button at the top right
2. Click Add Contact and enter their name and phone number
3. They are now enrolled in the Trusted Contacts program and can generate codes on-demand

When they arrive to a property, your Trusted Contact simply needs to text the serial number of the lockbox to (920) 274-0111

The system will respond immediately with a personal one-time code. It also automatically records this in the Access Logs for the lockbox, in case you ever need to check the code generation history.
