What happens after I order?

1. SentriLock will dispatch your order (Monday-Thursday) from it's factory in Cincinnati, OH. Please budget 7-12 days for shipping.
2. Once the SentriLocks arrive, you'll need to open each one with the SentriKey app via Bluetooth (guide here).
3. Then just add them to the Lockboxes tab in RentEngine and they're ready to use
4. Connect them with a unit for self-guided showings

Ready to purchase new CodeBoxes?

You can order CodeBoxes directly from your CodeBox account.

How to place your order

• Go to codeboxinc.com and create/login to your account.
• Click BUY A CODEBOX → BUILD A BOX and configure your order.
• Enter the quantity, shipping information, and payment method at checkout.
• (Typical pricing: about $80 per box + $2/box/month service.)

Recommended options

• Standard Mode, 4-digit codes
• Pre-programmed codes (so they’re ready out of the box)
• Weather jacket (helps the device last longer in the field)

What happens after I order?

CodeBox will fulfill and ship your order. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

When your CodeBoxes arrive:

1. Follow the CodeBox quick-start to initialize each device (using the master code/settings provided in your order).
2. In RentEngine, go to Lockboxes and add each new serial number.
3. Connect with a unit for self-guided showings
