Initiate the Codebox Transfer
To avoid any delays in onboarding, please initiate this Codebox transfer as soon as possible.
Create an account at codeboxinc.com
Start a transfer request by pushing this button:
Fill out the form with your details and the following info:
Transfer Date: (the date you scheduled for onboarding)
Client Service Provider: Your current provider (e.g. Tenant Turner or ShowMojo)
New Service Provider: The email you used for creating the CodeBox account with
Add all the serial numbers that you want to transfer in the last box
What to expect:
The boxes will stay registered with your current provider until the morning of the selected transfer date (XXX). On that date you will get an email confirming the lockbox transfers to your new account.
As a final step, please reply to your onboarding email with the email and password you used on Codebox so we can authenticate the API
