Is there a way to prevent RentEngine from sending a “no longer available” message to someone who has already been approved for a property?

Yes—if the prospect has an “Application Received” event, RentEngine will not send the “home no longer available” message. Please provide your Rentvine API keys, so that we can sync your applications with RentEngine and your PM system.
