RentEngine Phone and Call Forwarding

When someone calls your RentEngine number, they are given two options:


  1. Option 1: Hear listing information and access the self-showing process.
  2. Option 2: Get connected to a live person.


By default, when Option 2 is selected, the system will ring any available agent who is logged into their RentEngine account.


If you'd prefer that your calls go directly to your own phone instead of ringing through the RentEngine app, you can update this at the team member level:


  1. Go to Settings > Communication > Notification Settings


Under Phone Call Forwarding, enter the phone number you want to ring on incoming calls.

To forward all inbound calls to a designated number, reach out to your RentEngine rep to add a Global Forwarding Number
