📌 Before you begin:You should have received an invitation to create your RentEngine account. If you haven’t yet, just go to www.app.rentengine.io and log in with your email.Tip: For the smoothest experience, we highly recommend completing the training on a computer. It’ll make it easier to follow the steps and interact with the platform.

Let’s get started with the most essential setup for showing agents: your personal availability settings.

1. Sync Your Availability (Especially If You’re Doing Accompanied Showings)

This is your first step. Share your schedule so prospects can book tours without juggling appointments on the backend.

Did you know RentEngine works seamlessly from your phone? You can install it on your home screen just like any app — no downloads required.

Here’s how to set it up:

If you're on iPhone (Safari):

Tap the Share icon in your browser.
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

If you're on Android (Chrome):

Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
Select Add to Home screen, then Create shortcut.

This way, you’ll have quick access to RentEngine wherever you are — perfect for agents on the go or managers checking in between meetings.
