What websites does RentEngine syndicate to?

Overview

RentEngine syndicates your listings by publishing them automatically to major rental sites and select niche platforms (also called ILS - "internet listing sites"). This increases exposure and routes all inquiries back into RentEngine so your team can manage leads in one place.

Major syndication partners

RentEngine distributes listings across the most widely used rental marketplaces. Partners are grouped by media network.

Zillow Group

  • Zillow

  • Trulia

  • HotPads

  • Street Easy

Zillow requires a paid contract for any multifamily apartment complex with more than 24 units, regardless of the number of units managed there.

CoStar Group

  • Apartments.com

  • Homes.com*

  • Apartment Finder

  • ForRent.com

  • Apartamentos.com

Without a paid FeedPro subscription, CoStar will syndicate up to 10 randomly selected listings at a time for 21 days per listing. Reach out to support via the chat if you have any questions. A paid contract is required for buildings that have more than 4 units.

Homes.com no longer accepts free non-MLS rental listings. As a result, RentEngine cannot directly syndicate rental listings to Homes.com. To have a rental listing appear on Homes.com, the property must first be added to the local MLS. Homes.com will then receive the listing through the MLS feed. You can include the forwarding email from the Command Center (displayed when selecting "Add Prospect") to ensure those emails are forwarded to your Command Center in RentEngine.

Niche syndication partners

In addition to major portals, RentEngine syndicates listings to smaller, high-intent rental sites. These sites help reach targeted renter audiences that may not search on large marketplaces.

We regularly evaluate new partners and may add or remove sites over time. If there’s a partner you’d like us to consider, contact RentEngine Support.
