This article explains how to order new SentriLocks and what information you may need.
Order more SentriLock lockboxes
You can now directly place your order here for use with RentEngine!
Please Note:
Set the quantity for the SentriGuard Lockbox to the amount you need.
Set all remaining items to zero (unless you also want to order additional batteries).
PO Boxes cannot be used as the shipping address. Entering a PO box will cause delays.
Lockboxes ordered here will come preconfigured to work only inside of RentEngine and will not function with MLS's and associations!
What happens after I order
SentriLock will dispatch your order (Monday-Thursday) from its factory in Cincinnati, OH. Please budget time for shipping. Sentrilock will display the current delivery estimates on the product page in the purchasing link.
Once the SentriLocks arrive, you'll need to open each one with the SentriKey app via Bluetooth (guide here).
Then just add the serial numbers to the Lockboxes tab in RentEngine and they're ready to use
Tips for ordering
Order a few extra lockboxes if you manage many units — this reduces downtime when a device is lost or damaged.
Keep serial numbers and purchase details organized so transfers and assignments go smoothly.

Ordering Batteries for the SentriGuard Lockbox
Set the SentriGuard Lockbox quantity to zero.
Set the Gen 3 Replacement Main Battery quantity to zero.
Set the Gen 3 Replacement Main Battery 10-pack quantity to zero.
Set the SentriGuard Replacement Main Battery to the quantity you need. Note: a full sleeve contains 30 batteries. The SentriGuard lockbox uses 1 battery.
Ordering Batteries for the Gen 3 Lockbox
Set the SentriGuard Lockbox quantity to zero.
Set the Gen 3 Replacement Main Battery to any quantity under 10. Note: the Gen 3 lockbox uses 2 batteries.
Set the Gen 3 Replacement Main Battery 10-pack to the number of 10-packs you need.
Notes:
Setting any item to zero will prompt a confirmation. To add it back, you will need to reload the page.
The jump pack (adapter for the 3.6 series lockbox) is no longer available. If your 3.6 series lockbox is completely dead, you will need to purchase a new SentriGuard lockbox as a replacement. If it is still under warranty, it will be replaced at no cost under warranty terms.
