Property Shield monitors rental listings across sites like Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist and removes fraudulent listings that impersonate your properties. This guide will show you how to connect your RentEngine account with Property Shield so they can monitor your active listings.
Find Your Company ID
In RentEngine, navigate to Settings > Company. Copy your Company ID from this page.
Send Your Listings URL to Property Shield
Provide the following URL to your Property Shield account rep:
https://app.rentengine.io/api/public/v1/marketing/listings/{company_ID}
Replace {company_ID} with the Company ID you copied from your settings.
Once Property Shield has this URL, they'll be able to pull your active listings and begin monitoring for fraudulent copies across listing sites.
