How to customize metrics in Owner Reports

Written by Luis S.

Overview

Owner reports show up to six performance metrics that you can select and reorder. Choose from nine available metrics to highlight the data most relevant to each property or owner.

Change the metrics in a report

  1. Go to the Leasing Report for the property.

  2. Click Customize (or the settings icon) in the metrics section.

  3. Select up to six metrics from the list.

  4. Drag to reorder if needed.

  5. Save.

The updated metrics apply to that report going forward.

Available metrics

You can include any six of the following:

  • New leads — prospects who inquired during the report period

  • Showings scheduled — total showings booked

  • Showings complete — showings that finished successfully

  • Upcoming showings — showings scheduled in the next 14 days

  • Applications requested — rental applications sent to prospects

  • Applications submitted — applications returned by prospects

  • Applications approved — approved applications

  • Applications rejected — rejected applications

  • Touchpoints — total team interactions (calls, texts, emails)

The default selection is New leads, Upcoming showings, Showings complete, Applications requested, Applications submitted, and Touchpoints.

What counts as an active lead

The Active leads count only includes prospects still in your pipeline. It excludes:

  • Duplicate leads

  • Prospects marked Not interested, Withdrawn, or Ghosting

  • Lease signed or Moved in

  • Application rejected or Prescreen rejected

  • Looking too early

Important notes

  • Owner PDFs and automated MFP reports both respect your six-metric selection.

  • If you do not customize the report, the default six metrics are used.

  • Metrics are calculated based on the report date range and unit activity.
