Overview
The Rental Applications dashboard shows when a submitted application group has new activity that needs your attention.
A number appears in the Updates column telling you how many new changes are waiting. This helps you quickly spot which groups to review next without manually checking each one.
How to see new updates
On the Applications dashboard, find the Updates column next to Group Status. If a group has new changes, you will see how many updates are waiting on that application group.
Hover over the number to see a list of the specific updates.
Important notes
The badge clears automatically once you open the page (e.g. the new screening report or click the Contact button to see a new text) related to the update.
You can also clear notifications manually by clicking the bell icon in the top-right corner of the application, then selecting Clear all.
