Overview
Agents can now add a home location to their accompanied showing windows. The system uses this address to calculate drive time at the start and end of each availability block, so that their drive time is included within their shift.
Where to set your home location
Open your accompanied showing window settings (Settings > Showings > Personal > Edit Showing Windows).
In the Home Location field, enter your starting address (usually the office or home address of the agent).
Click Save Settings.
How drive time is calculated
Your home location is treated like another showing address.
Start of a showing window: Drive time is calculated from your home location to the first showing.
End of a showing window: Drive time is calculated from your last showing back to your home location.
Multiple windows per day: If your availability has separate blocks, the system assumes you return home between them. Drive time is checked from home at the start of each new block.
The scheduler considers drive time from both your home location and your previous showing, then uses whichever applies.
