Log showings that occurred outside RentEngine directly from the Command Center. This helps you keep complete records without affecting the prospect.
How to log a showing after it happened
In the Command Center, find the prospect.
Click Action > Log Completed Showing.
Fill out the required fields:
Date: when the showing took place
Time: when the showing took place
Outcome: choose from Application sent, Still deciding, or Not interested
Click Log Showing.
Optional fields for showing type, assigned agent, and feedback are also available if you want to add more detail.
Important: This does not send any message to the prospect. It is strictly for internal record-keeping, so your team has a full view of all showings — whether they were booked inside RentEngine or not.
