Call Forwarding
Now you can enable call forwarding to send incoming RentEngine calls to your personal or business phone.
You will receive inbound calls from prospects assigned to you, prospects associated with a subteam that you're on and unassigned prospects.
Inbound calls will ring all relevant users in the Command Center for 20 seconds. If after 20 seconds it's not answered, it will call the forwarding phone number for all associated users.
Go to Settings > Notifications
Then enter the 10-digit phone number where you'd like to receive calls.
Finally, press Save in the top right to confirm your update.
