Making and Recieving Calls
The RentEngine Command Center includes a full-featured phone system, built specifically for leasing teams.
Making Calls
To call a prospect, just click the Call button at the top of the chat history. This will call them via your device, from your dedicated leasing phone number.
You can make outbound calls to any registered prospect from both the desktop and mobile version of the Command Center.
Receiving Calls
If logged in, you will receive inbound calls directly to the Command Center.
You will receive the following calls:
- Calls from prospects that you are assigned to
- Calls from prospects that are assigned to your subteam
- Unidentified callers
All relevant users will receive the inbound calls to their Command Center for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, the call will ring to any active forwarding numbers.
The first user to answer the call will connect with the prospect.
If no one answers via the Command Center or via a forwarding number, the prospect will be prompted to leave a voicemail. These voicemails can be accessed in the prospect's chat history.
