From your Safari browser, go to app.rentengine.io and log in

From your Chrome browser, go to app.rentengine.io and log in

Accompanied Showings and Smart Scheduling

This guide will show you how to set up Accompanied Showings and use the new Smart Scheduling features

Before you get started, make sure your Smart Scheduling is enabled and your showing agents have set up their showing windows and calendar.

Activating a new vacancy & agent assignment

During unit activation, on the second page you'll get to choose the showing type. Select Accompanied Showing Choose the team member(s) who will be showing the property from the dropdown
If you select just one showing agent, prospects will only be able to schedule at times that work for that agent (based on showing windows, connected calendar, and drive time)
If you select multiple showing agents, you have the option to enable Smart Assign (recommended)
Smart Assign will pick the best showing agent based on each agent's showing windows, connected calendar and drive time. If they are exactly the same, it will pick an agent at random If you select multiple showing agents and don't use Smart Assign, all showing agents will be assigned and notified of the showing (not recommended)

Transferring SentriLocks to RentEngine

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of transferring your SentriLocks to RentEngine

Send an email to ops@rentengine.io with the list of serial numbers for all your SentriLocks
Upon getting the confirmation from SentriLock, you will receive an email prompting you to complete the registration. This will require a password to be built, a PIN to be established, and 3 security questions to be answered. Once that is complete, you will download the "SentriKey Real Estate" app from the Apple or Android app store.

Use your email as the SentriKey ID and the password you just set up above. Acknowledge the legal language and follow the prompts on the app screen. Make sure you confirm Bluetooth to be used but you can bypass Agent Safety setup, you can bypass Facial/Fingerprint ID.
On the transition date, all Generation3.5/3.6 SentriLocks will need to be transferred in this way. This includes the active ones on vacancies and inactive ones at the office. The newer SentriGuard (black/grey) boxes should be transferred via Bluetooth when convenient, but it is not necessary on the transition date

Completing Accompanied & Guided Showings

If you're doing an Accompanied showing or if you're walking the prospect through the property virtually, you'll need to log the Showing in the Command Center

Starting the Showing

When the prospect arrives, find them in the Command Center and open their profile (make sure you've selected the correct unit-of-interest from the dropdown above their name)
If you're on the phone app, click the "house" button at the top right to open Unit Info
If you've connected a lockbox to this unit in RentEngine, press Generate Code to show the access instructions
Once they prospect is in the unit, start the showing by pressing "Start Showing"
See below if they can't enter the unit

Completing the Showing

Log the prospect feedback by pressing "Showing Complete" (it will appear after you press "Start Showing")
Be sure to include detailed feedback on what they liked, didn't like, maintenance issues and what it would take for them to apply today.
Finally, choose the next step that the prospect wants and press the black "Complete Showing" button
Send Application to Prospect: this will automatically text the application link to the prospect, update their prospect status to Application Sent to Prospect and start the corresponding follow up sequence
