A Comprehensive Guide to Property Statuses
The Properties tab shows a selection of different statuses. This guide will help you learn what each status means and how it affects your leasing operations
Status | Description | Syndicates |

Available | Marketing is active, leads can schedule showings, lead nurturing is on | Yes |
Waitlist | Marketing is active, leads can schedule showings, lead nurturing is off, earliest showing date is more than 7 days away. Property will automatically move to Available status 7 days before the earliest showing date. | Yes |
On Hold | Marketing is active, leads cannot schedule showings, lead nurturing is off. If the property is later moved to Available status, the system will start contacting the collected leads and help them schedule | Yes |
Incomplete | The property information is incomplete and marketing is not yet active. Once the missing information is added, it will automatically move to an Available status | No |
Archived | This status is for Incomplete properties that have been manually Archived before becoming Available | No |
Leased | This status is for properties that were previously Available and now are rented | No |
Withdrawn | This is a deprecated status for previously Available properties | No |
Withdrawal Requested | This is a deprecated status for previously Available properties | No |
Price Analysis | This status is reserved for properties that have been manually added to the Market Tool | No |
