Cancel a showing

This guide will show you how to manually cancel a showing

The prospect can also directly cancel (or reschedule) a showing using the link they got text message

Via the Showings Calendar

Just find and click the showing you'd like to cancel. Then in the modal press "Cancel Event"

You can also update the message that gets sent to the prospect. Then press "Yes"

Via the Command Center

Within the Command Center tab, you can cancel from both the Prospect Chat and the Showings Table

Prospect Chat

Hover over the Showing Scheduled leasing event that you'd like to cancel. Then press the red icon. That will open the pop-up where you can customize the text message before canceling the showing

Showings Table

Find the showing you want to cancel and scroll over to the right. Then press "Cancel Showing". That will open the pop-up where you can customize the text message before canceling the showing
