Custom Reminders
Within the Command Center, you can set personal reminders for prospects. These will notify you to contact the prospect, after a certain period of time.
Common use cases include reminders to manually follow up with prospects (e.g. after 1 day) and to close out an in-progress showing (e.g. after 10 minutes).
In the Command Center, hover over the prospect that you'd like to be reminded about. Then press the "stopwatch" icon
Then in the pop-up you can choose a pre-set reminder or create a custom one. When you're ready just press "Add Reminder". The prospect will disappear from view until the reminder time, but you can still find them in the Search Bar
If you want to remove the reminder, just click on the "stopwatch" icon and in the small pop-up press "Cancel Reminder"
Reminders will automatically be canceled if the prospect calls or texts before the reminder time
