  • Send Application to Prospect
    When a prospect is ready to apply, you can use the Send Application action to easily: text them the application link log the new leasing event update their status to "Application Sent to Prospect" Prospects can request the application at the end of their self-guided showings or you can set it as the next step on a guided showing.   • Making and Recieving Calls
    The RentEngine Command Center includes a full-featured phone system, built specifically for leasing teams. Making Calls To call a prospect, just click the Call button at the top of the chat history. This will call them via your device, from your dedicated leasing phone number.   • Transfer Calls
    The Command Center now lets you transfer calls internally and externally. This guide will show you how: Transfer Internally During the call, press the Transfer button at the top right in the call window Press the Team button and choose your teammate Click the transfer button and confirm in the pop-up The call will end for you and connect the prospect wFew readers
  • Call Forwarding
    Now you can enable call forwarding to send incoming RentEngine calls to your personal or business phone. You will receive inbound calls from prospects assigned to you, prospects associated with a subteam that you're on and unassigned prospects. Inbound calls will ring all relevant users in the Command Center for 20 seconds. If after 20 seconds it's not answered, it will call the forwarding phone number for all associated users.   • Custom Reminders
    Within the Command Center, you can set personal reminders for prospects. These will notify you to contact the prospect, after a certain period of time. Common use cases include reminders to manually follow up with prospects (e.g. after 1 day) and to close out an in-progress showing (e.g. after 10 minutes).   • Log a Leasing Event
    When you interact with a prospect (call or text) and their status changes, you should log a leasing event. This will update the prospect's status. RentEngine will keep following up with a prospect if they have an active status (i.e. New, Contacted, Showing Desired, Missed Showing, Showing Canceled, Showing Failed, Still Deciding, Application Sent to Prospect) To log a leasing event, open the prospect in the Command Center.
