Managing Your Availability for Showings
With the new Smart Scheduling, you can easily manage your personal availability for showings.
In this guide, we'll cover how to connect your Google/Outlook calendar and update your showing windows
Go to **Settings** > **Personal**
Click your calendar provider
On the next page, log in to your calendar
Then follow the directions to set up the connection (note, for Google Calendar you will need to press the "Advanced" link and then "Continue Anyway"
Smart Scheduling will now block showings at times where your calendar shows you as busy.

Go to **Settings** > **Personal**
Click and drag to select your Showing Windows. Dark blue means you're usually available then, light blue means it's outside of your working hours.
Press "Save Showing Windows"
Any future changes you make to your Showing Windows will update the availability for properties where you're the showing agent.
