Mark a previous showing as missed or canceled
Use this when a showing already happened (or should have happened) and you need the record and automations to reflect reality.
Showing Failed
- If the prospect can't enter the unit, click the arrow to the right of "Showing Complete" and then select "Showing Failed"
- Click "Showing Failed"
- Input any notes on what happened
- If you know when the problem will be resolved, you can re-schedule the showing within this flow
Missed Showing
- If the prospect doesn't arrive for the showing, click the arrow to the right of "Start Showing" and then select "Missed Showing"
- Click "Missed Showing"
- If they have given you a day/time to come back, you can re-schedule the showing within this flow
