Reschedule a showing

This guide will show you how to manually reschedule a showing

The prospect can also directly reschedule (or cancel) a showing using the link they got text message

Via the Showings Calendar

Just find and click the showing you'd like to reschedule. Then in the modal press "Reschedule Event"

Now select the new date and time. And if you'd like, you can update the message that gets sent to the prospect. Then press "Reschedule"

Via the Command Center

Within the Command Center tab, you can reschedule from both the Prospect Chat and the Showings Table

Prospect Chat

Hover over the Showing Scheduled leasing event that you'd like to reschedule. Then press the blue "Calendar" icon. That will open the pop-up where you can choose the new date/time and submit.

Showings Table

Find the showing you want to reschedule and scroll over to the right. Then press "Reschedule Showing". That will open the pop-up where you can choose the new date/time and submit.

If a showing has already been closed out (canceled, missed, failed), you won't be able to reschedule but you can schedule a new one
