Snooze Messages in the Command Center
Snoozing lets you hide a conversation, and decide if you want to reappear at a certain time or archive until the next response.
This article explains how snoozing works, when to use it, and how you can use it within your team.

How to Snooze a Message
- Open the Command Center
- Hover over any prospect conversation
- Select the Snooze button on the bottom right corner of the message card
- Choose how long you want to snooze it for (30 minutes, 1 hour,etc.)
- Decide who the snooze applies to:
- Snooze for me — removes the message only from your Command Center
- Snooze for everyone — removes it from all team members’ Command Center
- Once set, the message disappears from your active queue until the chosen time.
What Happens After a Snooze?
Once the snooze time expires:
- The conversation returns to the top of the inbox
- A small indicator will show that it was snoozed
- Anyone responsible can action the message immediately
You cannot lose a snoozed message, it will always resurface when scheduled or you can view it by adjusting the Command Center filter to show all messages, not just unresponded messages
