Snooze Messages in the Command Center

Snoozing lets you hide a conversation, and decide if you want to reappear at a certain time or archive until the next response.

This article explains how snoozing works, when to use it, and how you can use it within your team.

How to Snooze a Message

  1. Open the Command Center
  2. Hover over any prospect conversation
  3. Select the Snooze button on the bottom right corner of the message card
  4. Choose how long you want to snooze it for (30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.)
  5. Decide who the snooze applies to:
  6. Snooze for me — removes the message only from your Command Center
  7. Snooze for everyone — removes it from all team members’ Command Center
  8. Once set, the message disappears from your active queue until the chosen time.

What Happens After a Snooze?

Once the snooze time expires:

  • The conversation returns to the top of the inbox
  • A small indicator will show that it was snoozed
  • Anyone responsible can action the message immediately

You cannot lose a snoozed message, it will always resurface when scheduled or you can view it by adjusting the Command Center filter to show all messages, not just unresponded messages
