Overview
The Intelligence tab is the central hub for reporting, and the first page you land when entering RentEngine. It shows your full portfolio's leasing performance - including DOM and conversion rates, plus detailed reports for prospects, showings, properties and more.
Filtering
At the top right of the page, you can filter the data by:
Date range
Subteam
Account (if you're and admin with multiple RentEngine accounts)
Reports
Now that your dataset is filtered, you can access 11 different reports:
Property Performance
Prospects
Showings
Prescreening
Calls
Properties
Agent Performance
Marketing Sources
Rental Applications
Syndication Status
Lockboxes
Within each report, you can also add custom filters by clicking on the column headers. At the top right, you can also add, hide, and rearrange the displayed columns.
Then you can press the Export CSV to download your data.
Alternatively, you can ask questions about your data to the new Intelligence AI. It will talk to you in natural language and run custom code to analyze your leasing data.

Leasing activity by day or week (prospects, showings, applications, messages)
Note: this data is based on the filter you set at the top of the page
Custom reports
If you'd like to pull a specific report and don't see the data available in the Intelligence tab,p lease reach out to RentEngine support via chat and we'd be happy to generate a custom report for you.
