What to expect during and after onboarding

Overview

You will receive a dedicated Onboarding when starting with RentEngine. This includes a live Onboarding Meeting, pre-onboarding support, data migration, and ongoing support.


During the onboarding meeting

Your Onboarding rep will walk your team through:

  • Settings review — making sure your account is configured correctly before activation

  • Property activation process — how to activate units and what information is needed

  • Communication and showings flow — how prospects interact with RentEngine from first contact to scheduled showing

  • Leasing reports and Intelligence tab — how to track performance and use your data

This is a training session for your whole team, so we encourage everyone who will be using RentEngine to join.


After the meeting

At the end of the meeting, we collect everything needed to activate your units.

This includes:

  • Active listings

  • Active leads

  • Scheduled showings

  • Lockboxes

Our team will complete the unit activation and data migration within 2-3 hours of onboarding. There is no disruptions while we set everything up for you.


Week 1 check-in

We schedule a week 1 check-in at the end of your onboarding meeting to review how things are going and answer any questions after you've had time to use the platform.


Ongoing support

We don't leave you on your own after onboarding. You can reach our team anytime via the chat in RentEngine. If you need more hands-on help, we can schedule additional check-in meetings at any point.
