Overview
Availability Templates let you manage showing schedules across multiple properties from one central place. Instead of updating availability on each property individually, you can create a template, assign it to your properties, and any changes you make to the template will apply everywhere it's used.
Step 1 — Navigate to Availability Templates
Go to Settings → Showings → Company
Scroll down to the Availability Template section
Step 2 — Create or edit a template
Click to create a new Availability Template
Set the recurring weekly availability by highlighting the time blocks when showings should be available
Save the template
You can create multiple templates for different types of schedules — for example, one for weekday-only showings and another that includes weekends.
Step 3 — Add one-off availability to a template (optional)
If you need to open up availability outside of the recurring weekly schedule across all properties using a template:
Within the template, add one-off availability
Select the days and times for the one-off availability
Press Save
This one-off availability will apply to every property that uses the template.
Step 4 — Assign the template to properties
Once your template is created, assign it to individual properties through the property editing flow.
Troubleshooting
I updated a template but a property's availability didn't change
Confirm the property is set to Use an Availability Template and has the correct template selected
Properties set to Manually set availability are not affected by template changes
Best practices
Use templates whenever the same schedule applies to more than one property — this saves time and reduces the risk of inconsistencies
Name your templates descriptively (e.g., "Weekdays 9–5" or "7 Days Extended Hours" or "Northside Properties") so they're easy to identify when assigning them to properties
Use one-off availability on the template level for company-wide schedule changes like holidays, rather than adding one-off availability to each property individually
