Your billing email address is where RentEngine sends invoices and payment receipts. You can update it at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Click View Invoices &amp; Change Payment Method

You will be redirected to the Stripe Portal

Click the pencil icon next to your current billing information

1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
2. Click View Invoices &amp; Change Payment Method
3. You will be redirected to the Stripe Portal
4. Click the pencil icon next to your current billing information
5. Update your billing email address
6. Click Save

Your new billing email will be used for all future invoices and payment notifications.
