How applicants can get technical help with their rental application

If an applicant needs technical help with their application, ask them to text 305-741-2550. Our trained support team is available 7 days a week and can help with common technical questions.


What We Can Help With

Our support team can assist applicants with:

  • Logging in

  • Income verification

  • Uploading documents

  • Verifying their ID

  • Adding and removing people from the application group, including co-signers

  • Updating contact information for employment and housing history references

  • Paying the application fee

  • Tracking the status of an application fee refund


What We Can't Help With

Our team is not able to help applicants with questions related to interpreting your rental requirements or issuing application fee refunds. Those questions should be directed to your leasing team.
