How to upload more documents after submitting an application

As the applicant

If an applicant needs to upload additional documents after their application has been submitted, they can do so directly from their application portal.

The applicant should open the original link they used to access their application and log back in. From there, they can navigate to Existing Applications > Update Documents.

If the applicant is having trouble logging in or uploading documents, they can reach out to our technical application support 7 days a week.

As the property manager

If you need to directly upload additional documents after their application has been submitted, click on the Personal Details tab of the application. There you can directly upload more documents for that applicant.
