Overview
Automatically ask prospects for a Google review after a successful showing. If they rate 5 stars, they are sent directly to your Google Business Profile. Ratings below 5 stars capture internal feedback and notify your team. This feature is off by default.
Requirements
Before enabling the review invitation:
Go to Settings > Company > Customize Company Branding.
Add your Google Business Profile URL.
Save.
The review invitation setting is disabled until this URL is set.
Enable and configure the invitation
Go to Settings > Showings.
In the All Showings section, find Send Review Invitation After Showing.
Toggle to Yes.
Set the Review Invitation Delay in minutes. Default is 60 minutes.
Save.
Customize the message
Go to Settings > Communication > Messages.
In the Other section, select Showing Review Invitation.
Edit the text. Available variables:
-{{ address }}— the unit address
-{{ link }}— the review link
Default message:
Thank you for touring {{ address }}. I would really appreciate if you could leave a 5 star review for me today here: {{ link }}
What the prospect sees
After the delay, the prospect receives a text with your message. When they click the link:
A branded page loads with your company logo and colors.
They select a star rating (1–5).
If they select 5 stars, they are redirected to your Google Business Profile review page.
If they select fewer than 5 stars, they are asked for feedback in a text box and then shown a thank you page.
Note: Prospects can only submit one review per showing event. Duplicate submissions are ignored.
What your team sees
For every review submitted, an internal note is logged on the prospect record with the star rating and any feedback. If the rating is below 5 stars, an email with the feedback is sent to anyone subscribed to Showing Feedback notifications for that property.
No review invitation is sent if the prospect is marked as Not Interested, Withdrawn, or Ghosting before the text goes out.
