Overview
When a showing is scheduled, RentEngine sends an email to the showing agent with a calendar invite from [email protected].
This automatically adds the event to your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendary. If events are not appearing, there are a few common causes.
If events are not appearing in your Google or Outlook calendar
Confirm your notification settings
Go to Settings > Communication > Notifications.
Make sure the Showing notifications section is turned on (Accompanied Showing Scheduled, Showing Canceled, Showing Reassigned to Me)
Check spam, junk, filters rules, and promotions folders
Search for emails from [email protected].
Check with your IT team
If emails arrive but invites do not populate your calendar, your organization may be blocking external calendar invites.
Ask your IT team to whitelist [email protected] in Outlook or Google Workspace.
