How to add a snippet from a RentEngine AI response

Overview

If the AI sends a response that you'd like to adjust for future conversations, you can save it directly as a snippet from the Command Center.

Note: Snippets apply to all properties and should be used for company-wide policies

Steps

  1. Go to the Command Center

  2. Open the conversation where the AI responded

  3. Find the AI response you want to save

  4. Click the edit icon below the response

  5. Edit the message if needed before saving

  6. Click Save as Snippet

The snippet will be saved in Settings → Communication → Snippets.
