How to monitor agent performance

Overview

The Agent Performance report in the Intelligence tab tracks showing activity, cancellations, calls, and messages for each agent on your team. You can also require agents to enter a cancellation reason when they cancel a showing, which makes the report more useful for spotting patterns.


Where to find the Agent Performance report

  1. Open the Intelligence tab.

  2. Click Agent Performance in the row of report tabs.

  3. Set your filters at the top right (date range, subteams, properties).


Requiring cancellation reasons

To get useful data when agents cancel showings:

  1. Go to Settings > Showings > Company.

  2. Turn on Require cancellation reason.

  3. Save.

After this is enabled, agents must enter a reason before canceling a showing from the Command Center or the Showing Calendar.

If you need to inspect a specific canceled showing, open the Showings report in the Intelligence tab and look at the Canceled By and Cancellation Reason columns.


Important notes

  • The report respects your global date and subteam filters at the top of the Intelligence page.
