Overview
You can schedule a one-off showing with a different method than the unit's usual setting. For example, you can schedule an Accompanied showing for a Self-Guided property.
Schedule a new showing with a different method
In the Command Center, select the prospect and click Action > Schedule Showing.
Pick a Date and Time.
In the Showing Method dropdown, select the type you want for this showing.
Save.
Note: This feature is not available for units where the default showing method is Accompanied or Remote Guided.
Update existing showings when changing the unit's default method
When changing a unit's default showing method in the property editor:
Make the edits in the Showing step and press Next.
A dialog asks if you want to apply the change to Scheduled and Pending showings. Confirmed and in-progress showings will not be changed.
If you're applying the change, the dialog also has a checkbox for Text prospects their updated showing instructions, checked by default. Leave it checked to send affected prospects their new instructions, or uncheck it to skip the texts.
Click Apply to Showings to update them, or Skip to leave existing showings unchanged.
Who gets texted:
Prospects whose showing is scheduled and in the future.
Not prospects with a pending request. They get the new instructions when you approve them.
Not confirmed or in-progress showings, and not anyone already on the method you picked.
