Enabling Smart Scheduling

Smart Scheduling is the new suite of features to make accompanied showings more efficient and save you precious time. It includes company-level features and personal control for showing agents.

Company-level features

Stacking & Piggybacking: push multiple prospects to see properties at the same time or adjacent times. This lets showing agents make one trip and knock out multiple showings.

Max Visits Per Day: use this with Stacking to push all prospects to a limited number of showings per day and save yourself unnecessary trips

Smart Assign: if you assign multiple showing agents to a property, Smart Assign will assign that showing to the best agent based on their availability (factoring in showing windows, connected calendar and drive time)

Control your company's Smart Scheduling from Settings > Portfolio (see below)
