Notify Tenants of Scheduled Showings

Pre-leasing is a smart way to minimize vacancy and days-on-market. But it can be a challenge to coordinate showings with your current tenants.

The new Tenant Notification feature notifies your current tenants via text message as soon as a showing is scheduled. Here's how to set it up:

1. When activating a vacancy from the Properties tab, choose the Accompanied Showing option
2. Choose the showing agent(s) and Smart Assign
3. Add the current tenant's name and phone number
4. Choose the amount of notice you'd like to give them (this will control when prospects can book showings). We suggest 24 hours
5. Hit next and finish activating the vacancy
