Overview
Blocking a prospect prevents them from sending further messages and removes their ability to schedule showings at any of your properties.
How to block a prospect
Open the Command Center
Select the prospect's conversation thread
Click the Action dropdown at the top of the conversation
Select Block Prospect
Confirm when prompted
Once blocked:
The prospect will no longer be able to send messages to your team
The prospect will be unable to schedule a showing at any of your properties
Important notes
Blocking takes effect immediately
Blocking applies to all properties in your account
A blocked prospect cannot send new messages, even if they attempt to start a new conversation thread
Existing conversation history remains visible in the Command Center
If a prospect was blocked in error, click Action > Unblock Prospect
