Subteams allow you to control which prospects and notifications team members see, based on the properties associated with their subteam.
This guide walks you through why you may see notifications and leads for other properties
Unregistered prospects
People who have not formally expressed interest in a property, such as by calling or texting your leasing phone number without indicating a specific property
These people will display in the Command Center as a phone number, without a name or a property address.
Unassigned prospects
Prospects who are associated with a property that is not assigned to a specific subteam
Solution: ensure that all of your properties are associated with a specific subteam, by editing the property
