If a prospect is not yet linked with a specific unit, all team members will be notified for their calls and texts.
Once the prospect is linked to a unit and subteam, future notifications automatically route to the right team members instead of everyone.
How assign a prospect to a unit
Once the prospect is linked to a unit and subteam, future notifications automatically route to the right team members instead of everyone.
Open the prospect in Command Center.
Click Add Prospect and select the unit
Important notes
This only happens before a prospect is assigned to a unit. After assignment, notifications route normally.
If your account does not use subteams, notifications will continue going to all members for any unassigned prospect.
