How to download a conversation
Open the Command Center and select the conversation you want to download
Click the + icon next to the message box at the bottom of the screen
Click the download icon from the menu that appears
The PDF will download automatically to your device
The downloaded PDF contains the complete message history for that prospect resident, including timestamps and message direction (sent or received).
Important notes
The PDF includes all messages in the current conversation thread
Files or images shared in the conversation will not be included in the PDF, only the text content
The download is generated from the live conversation, so it will include messages up to the moment you click the download icon
