How to create a coupon code for free/discounted application fee

Offer applicants a discounted or free application fee using a coupon code.

Set up a coupon code

  1. Go to Settings > Rental App Templates.

  2. Click Edit on the relevant template.

  3. In the Pricing section, click Add coupon code.

  4. Create the coupon code

    1. Choose between a fixed dollar amount or a percentage discount.

    2. Set the code.

    3. Decide if you want this to apply automatically.

  5. Save the template.

Note: If you'd like to create different application fees for different properties, then create another Rental Application Template with the new application fee and apply it to the relevant properties.
