Overview
If an applicant is stuck on a step (for example they only have a temporary paper ID or don't currently have the income documents available), you can skip it for them from the application review page.
Skip a step
Open the Rental Applications tab and click on the relevant application.
Find the Personal Details tab.
Hover over the step you want to skip.
Click Skip Step.
The applicant refreshes their application and can continue to submit.
Note: This does not affect other applicants in the same group.
