Overview
Applicants can view their screening reports and download a copy of their adverse action letter by logging back into their application.
Access reports and letters
Open the original application link the applicant used to apply.
They can also use app.rentengine.io/apply
Log in with the same phone number or credentials.
Click Existing Applications.
Select the relevant application.
Review or download:
Screening reports (credit, criminal, and eviction)
Adverse action letter (if the application was rejected)
