Accompanied Showings and Smart Scheduling
This guide will show you how to set up Accompanied Showings and use the new Smart Scheduling features
Before you get started, make sure your Smart Scheduling is enabled and your showing agents have set up their showing windows and calendar.

Navigate to the Showing Calendar tab on the left
Click on the showing you want to cancel
Press the red Cancel button
The prospect will get a text message saying that unfortunately the showing needs to be canceled with a link to one-click reschedule at a new time

If you're doing an Accompanied showing or if you're walking the prospect through the property virtually, you'll need to log the Showing in the Command Center
Starting the Showing
When the prospect arrives, find them in the Command Center and open their profile (make sure you've selected the correct unit-of-interest from the dropdown above their name)

Smart Scheduling is the new suite of features to make accompanied showings more efficient and save you precious time. It includes company-level features and personal control for showing agents.
Company-level features
Stacking & Piggybacking: push multiple prospects to see properties at the same time or adjacent times. This lets showing agents make one trip and knock out multiple showings.

Connect your calendar
Go to Settings Personal
Click your calendar provider
On the next page, log in to your calendar
Then follow the directions to set up the connection (note, for Google Calendar you will need to press the "Advanced" link and then "Continue Anyway"

In this guide, we'll show you how to manually reschedule a showing in the RentEngine platform. Prospects can also reschedule showings by themselves using the showing confirmation link that they get via text message.
You can manually reschedule showings from both the Showings Calendar tab and the Command Center.

Just find and click the showing you'd like to reschedule. Then in the modal press "Reschedule Event"
